STANDING EVENT

For any accessible tickets on a standing event, please email us on access@plymoutharena.com and let our team know what event you are trying to purchase tickets for and your accessibility requirements. Please be aware that it can be very busy when tickets are released so please be patient with our team in replying to your email.

SEATED EVENT

Seated accessibility tickets can now be booked online! When selecting a ticket, look for the accessibility icon on the seats and choose one that suits your needs. If you have a carer sitting with you, simply select a carer seat when booking your ticket.

We can accommodate a wide range of needs. If it looks like a seat may not be suitable for you, please contact our team and we’ll do our best to make it work.

If you are struggling to book your seats using our online service, or want to find out if we can accommodate your needs then please email our team on access@plymoutharena.com.

From there, our Box Office team can contact you and give you guidance on our venue facilities and enable us to book you the best seats for your requirements.

Further Access Information

If you have any access requirements, please read the information on this page and our Access Pack before getting in touch, as it explains our facilities and the support available at the venue. For seated events, access tickets can be purchased online by selecting your own seats and indicating your access requirements during the booking process. If you need any additional support beyond this, please contact our team after reviewing the information so we can help ensure your visit is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

For the complete accessibility information of the venue please see the pack below and our FAQs (frequently asked questions).

Our FUTURE Accessibility PLANS

We are always looking to improve Plymouth Arena accessibility and the booking journey for customers with access requirements. We are aiming to launch our brand new Access Registration scheme in partnership with Nimbus Disability as soon as possible.

Nimbus Disability is a social enterprise and an organisation run by and for disabled people and is recognised as a leading authority on accessible ticketing in the UK. We will email all our customers with the details when this partnership happens.

Our partnership with Nimbus Disability will further improve Plymouth Arena accessibility and booking journey by offering online booking for the first time, through this new access registration scheme.

Registering is a three-step process, is valid for three years and is completely free.

This scheme will enable you to:

  • View and book wheelchair spaces online
  • Book in essential companions online
  • View all discounts available to you online, based on your needs

The Access Card

You can upgrade your free registration to a full Access Card application, it costs £15 and is valid for 3 years. You can find out more information on The Access Card provided by Nimbus here.

The full card provides you with the same benefits as the free registration, as well as:
