Accessibility
Welcome to the Plymouth Arena Accessibility page. We offer a range of access ticket options, all explained below. Please take a moment to read through our booking process and watch our step-by-step “How To” videos, which will guide you through selecting and booking the most suitable seats for your visit. As a venue we go on sale with several accessible seats. Once this allocation has been exhausted, you will need to contact us to make your desired seats accessible.
STANDING EVENT
Please note currently it is not possible to book access tickets for a standing event, please email us on access@plymoutharena.com and let our team know what event you are trying to purchase tickets for and your accessibility requirements. Please be aware that it can be very busy when tickets are released so please be patient with our small independent team in replying to your email. In your email please include the following: Name of Show, Date/time of show, access requirements.
SEATED EVENT
Seated accessibility tickets can now be booked online! When selecting a ticket, look for the accessibility icon on the seats and choose one that suits your needs. If you have an essential companion attending with you, simply select an essential companion seat when booking your ticket. Please note that this needs to be purchased at the time of booking. Unfortunately, we are unable to add a companion ticket retrospectively.
We can accommodate a wide range of needs. If it looks like a seat may not be suitable for you, please contact our team and we’ll do our best to make it work.
If you are struggling to book your seats using our online service, or want to find out if we can accommodate your needs then please email our team on access@plymoutharena.com.
